We are committed to helping our centres achieve excellence in education and training. By joining our large network of LASER centres, you will benefit from our extensive expertise and dedicated support, tailored to your and your learners’ needs.

Once approved, centres can apply for qualification approval to deliver LASER regulated qualifications and/or LASER bespoke qualifications.

Yes, LASER can create bespoke qualifications tailored specifically to your organisation and your learners. Whether regulated or unregulated, we can help you develop the right high quality qualification for your needs. We recognise that not every programme fits neatly into existing frameworks, so we can work with you to determine whether a regulated or unregulated route would best meet learner or employer needs.

We provide documentation, training, secure online resources, and ongoing centre support from dedicated Customer Support and Quality teams.

Yes, we offer the following training courses which are available upon request:

• Introduction to the Role of Assessor

• Introduction to the Role of Internal Quality Assurer (IQA)

These training courses are designed to help centre staff understand the key roles in delivering qualifications. We can also offer tailor-made training to meet specific needs - talk to us about how we can help your centre by providing on-site training and support.

Centres are supported by LASER’s Quality team, who are all highly experienced and provide external quality assurance, guidance, and monitoring/support visits.

Centres use LASER’s QuartzWeb Portal. This allows a secure online access for approved users at centres to manage key data like learner registrations, results, certificates and document downloads. It streamlines administration, reducing paperwork and saves valuable time.

We process results and certificates through the QuartzWeb Portal. Once learners have completed their assessments and centres have completed their internal quality assurance checks, centres can submit claims via the QuartzWeb Portal. This allows LASER to externally quality assure and approve claims efficiently, providing a fast, accurate and reliable service for our centres.

We offer the option of paper or eCertificates. Centres can either choose one or both, with no additional costs for certification of any kind.

Yes, LASER operates clear and fair pricing with no hidden costs, and no VAT. Because we are a charity we don’t make money for shareholders. Instead, we reinvest any surplus we make into the business and keep our prices as low as possible to just cover our own costs. Visit our pricing page for up-to-date information.

Centres can apply through LASER’s Centre Recognition process. This involves demonstrating that your staffing, systems, and facilities meet our quality requirements both at the point of approval and on an ongoing basis.
