Contact us to express your interest. You will then receive a link to the Centre Recognition application pack, which includes full instructions on how to complete your application.
Complete and submit the full application pack with all required documents, forms, and evidence. Along with the Centre Recognition (CR) Application, you will be required to submit completed forms for your trainers (CR1), venues (CR2), Internal Quality Assurers (CR8), self-study approval (CR5) and the invigilator details form along with any other required supporting information.
You will receive an invoice for the application fee. Please note that application fees are non-refundable. Payment must be made before the application can proceed. If payment is not received within the invoice terms, the application will be closed.
Once payment is received, we will review your application for completeness and eligibility. This includes verifying your organisation and contact details. You may be asked to provide additional information or clarification. Trainer and Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) applications will be reviewed. If approval is refused at this stage, you will be informed in accordance with our Centre and Individual Approval Policy.
We will contact all trainers and IQAs to confirm their submissions and verify their details.
You will be asked to submit final documents, such as your Scheme of Work, Timetables and Self Study materials, before the approval meeting is arranged.
Once all documentation has been received and reviewed, and if your approval has not been refused by this stage, we will arrange an approval meeting with one of our Quality Curriculum Reviewers (QCR).
The QCR will carry out the approval visit either virtually or in person and will review your application, documentation and provision.
You will be notified of the outcome, which will be one of the following: approval, approval with conditions, deferral or refusal.
If your approval is conditional or deferred, you will be provided with timescales for completing any required actions or meeting specified conditions.
Once full approval is granted, you will be asked to sign the Centre Recognition Agreement. This is a legally binding contract and must be signed by your Head of Centre.
We will set up your access to the QuartzWeb Portal and, where applicable, provide access to our online exam platform for centres approved to offer online assessment programmes.
You will receive a welcome pack containing your Centre Recognition Certificate, QCR report, Centre Handbook, and guidance documents, along with your online login information. MCQ response sheets will be sent separately by post.
