We are excited to announce that from 1st December 2024, a new range of Introduction to Barista Skills units will be available to learners. These units are designed to equip learners with essential skills and knowledge for a barista role, and will be offered at three levels: Entry 3, Level 1, and Level 2. They will be included in both our LEAP and Progression qualification suites.
The Barista units have been developed in collaboration with existing LASER centres and are intended to provide learners with the skills needed to prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks. Learners will gain knowledge of the equipment and techniques used in a barista role, as well as the importance of delivering excellent customer service in a café environment.
