Using our LaserConnectLMS platform is simple. Just sign in and work through your chosen courses individually without the need for instructors. For our approved centres, these courses are available free of charge for their learners, and with unlimited learner numbers.

We offer a variety of courses on LaserConnect, including:

Invigilator Training

 This course is designed for those working as invigilators managing licence-linked security qualification exams or those considering this role. As per SIA requirements for the licence-linked security suite of qualifications, all invigilators must ‘undergo a detailed induction’. This course meets this requirement.

 The course includes:

• The role and responsibilities of an exam invigilator

• Policies and procedures

• Preparing the room

• Tasks to be completed before, during and after examinations.

• A quiz that certifies learners upon successful completion. This can be used as evidence that the learner completed the detailed induction required by SIA for all invigilators of licence-linked qualifications.

Understanding Mental Health

This course provides an introduction to mental health for either general interest or as a preparation for further study.
