Entry Requirements

• Learners must be 16+ years old

• Recommended (not mandatory): a Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering or equivalent

• We suggest learners have a minimum of Level 2 in literacy and numeracy to benefit fully

To deliver this qualification, your organisation must be a LASER Approved Centre. If you're not yet approved, we welcome new applications. If you're already an Approved Centre, simply submit a New Course Notification Form before delivery.
