We would like to make the onboarding process as simple as possible, so please see below for a detailed step-by-step guide. We look forward to working with high quality centres.
Complete and submit your Centre Recognition (CR) application form along with all required documents to LASER.
You will receive an invoice for the application fee. Please note that application fees are non-refundable. Payment must be made before the application can proceed. If payment is not received within the invoice terms, the application will be closed.
Once payment is received, we will review your application for completeness and eligibility. This includes verifying your organisation and contact details. You may be asked to provide additional information or clarification. If approval is refused at this stage, you will be informed in accordance with our Centre and Individual Approval Policy.
If any of the qualifications that you wish to offer require additional approval, you will be asked to complete the relevant qualification and Tutor/IQA approval forms.
Once all documentation has been received and reviewed, and if your approval has not been refused by this stage, we will arrange an approval meeting with one of our Quality Curriculum Reviewers (QCR).
The QCR will carry out the approval visit either virtually or in person and will review your application, documentation and provision.
You will be notified of the outcome, which will be one of the following: approval, approval with conditions, deferral or refusal.
If your approval is conditional or deferred, you will be provided with timescales for completing any required actions or meeting specified conditions.
Once full approval is granted, you will be asked to sign the Centre Recognition Agreement. This is a legally binding contract and must be signed by your Head of Centre.
We will set up your access to the QuartzWeb Portal and, where applicable, provide access to our online exam platform for centres approved to offer online assessment programmes.
You will receive a welcome pack containing your Centre Recognition Certificate, QCR report, Centre Handbook, and guidance documents, along with your online login information.
