Here you will find all the information and documentation you need to help you complete the steps to becoming a Trident Awards centre.

All applications and supporting documents should be sent via email to j.read@laser-awards.org.uk

The documents to be sent are as follows:

Application documents

You must have a named person for each of the seven contacts. Whilst one person can fulfil several roles, they cannot undertake all roles. For example, you will need a second person to take on the role of quality assurance contact if your only other contact is fulfilling six roles.

For each named contact, please provide photo ID displaying the contact’s full name. Please ensure there are at least two telephone numbers for the centre, one of which should be a land line number.

To comply with GDPR, please ensure that email addresses for all contacts are corporate and not personal.

Please email the completed form and supporting documents to j.read@laser-awards.org.uk

What happens next

Once the documents detailed above have been received, our Centre Approvals team will liaise with you regarding any queries.

Once all information and documents have been received and your application has passed the initial application stage, you will receive an invoice to cover your application fee. When this has been paid, your application will be processed further. You can find out more information about fees and prices on the website.

If you believe there is any conflict of interest, please complete and return the Conflict of Interest Declaration Form

Once everything required has been received from you, we arrange for a Quality and Curriculum Reviewer (QCR) to visit your centre to carry out an approval visit. If your application for centre approval is successful, you will be invoiced annually on 1 August for the annual centre fee.
